Has anyone heard of this: Friday night I was at WD getting stuff had several coupons on items that were .99 cents and under-ok they rung up my stuff. I'm walking outside and my father (who was also shopping) says my order isn't right my coupons didn't double-so I checked my receipt.Sure enough randomly stuff doubled? So I take both receipts back in and ds and my dad are waiting in parking lot. So confidently and making me feel like I was loosing my thrifty mind- so the manager girl preceeds to tell me "they have never doubled coupons that make stuff free","not even just giving you the difference"

-like rice a roni .99 cent and the coup was .50 cents and then the would give you doubled up to the .49 cents-But in the story that the mgr. girl at the store cashier office area tells that if it makes an item free the coupon is only taken at face value???
I know I have receipts that can prove this different -or I did have receipts I have been throwing away my old receipts and coupons this week.. That's all I want was the amount doubled up to the item price they don't have to give me overage (but I would take it if I could get it LOL) -I'd just be glad if I could get the stuff free.urgh ..has coupon policy changed? This mgr.girl has been at the WD at least 2 years I know of so she's not new.
And long story short-I took back the items that the coupons didn't double on and she would'nt/couldn't give me back my coupons (this was minutes after I had checked out not the next day-and well she wasn't happy me returning the stuff,it took her about 25 minutes to return only $25 of stuff in each order)-so if WD redeems those coupons that they kept of mine- they are officially doing coupon fraud IMO. I mean what else can you call it-she subtracted the coupons that I told her I used on the orders off the total of what she was giving me back and she wouldn't give me back coupons..which were about $15 on each of the 2 total orders. So WD lost my $$ but gained about $30+ in coupons to redeem???So they didn't actually lose.
