I was checking out the Whole foods website and there is an events section. you select your local store and it tells you about classes and events they hold. Mine says that they have these "Shopping on a budget"

"Learn how to shop Whole Foods Market for high quality and delicious foods while finding the most value for your dollar. Classes are free. Please register at customer service"

Has anyone been on one of these tours? I think I'll ask about it next time I'm there.

I don't know. I have only gone there once because I heard about their bulk spice bins. I was very impressed with the spices. Big selection, good price, and very fresh.

The rest of the store seemed pretty expensive though, so I'm thinking of asking about that class next time I go.
