I visit the Whole Foods every Thursday. It's expensive and I cannot afford to do ALL of our shopping there but we have family members with food issues from Celiac's disease to food allergies. I am hoping to perhaps find some good deals.

They only things I find a good deal on (for the most part) is their store brand: 365 They really do taste good though!

We get a lot of gluten free bread mixes and rice milk.

I was @ Whole Foods w/my BFF just the other day she buys lots of organic foods also on a diet! She spent about $80.00 on food there. We were going out to lunch @ PANERA to celebrate my Birthday!

I didn't buy much this trip there but maybe next time! I spent about $30.00 for these few items!

I asked another lady about these snacks, etc. she was buying for her DD who loves them the website on the package says Just Tomatoes, ETC.!
gotta check out all these snacks was going to buy a container of the black berries but @ $8.99 I thought about waiting for it to be onsale maybe next time

Why Ronnybrook milk is better?

It's old-fashioned whole milk. The way the cow delivers it. All our milk is pasteurized to kill off any bacteria, but our whole milk is not homogenized, allowing the cream to rise to the top. That's why we call it CreamlineTM. You can spoon the cream off for your coffee and be left with natural skim milk or shake it up for creamy whole milk. Non-homogenized milk is simply better tasting.

Non-homogenized milk is also pasteurized at lower temperatures. I never heard of this juice WADDA JUICE $12.99 for 8 oz bottles pack of 12 I bought the white grape juice. There was only a choice of apple or berry besides the one I bought & not sure if it's poplular but only 1 12 pk of each flavor on the shelf! I bought this for my friend's 6 yo DD who weighs 72 Lbs all because they feed her too much junk food & soda! Who cares if it's diet or not she needs to drink more milk, water, real juices!
