This may not be at everyone's store so I would call ahead to see if they are doing this promo? Be sure and ask how many you can get because I know some stores said limit of two.

Zero Waste Shopping
Come shopping today and take home a free Whole Foods Market green shopping bag, made from recycled materials. The bag will help you eliminate waste in your future shopping trips!

Some places are just giving them away to get people not to use plastic anymore and other stores are asking that you bring in 10 plastic bags and they will then give you a green shopping bag. Below is a store locator.

This is great, though I don't have one of these stores near me. I also try to go with a paper bag, since I know that I can reuse it as a trash bag. Plus they will decompose quicker than plastic.

Now I just wish that all Targets would carry paper bags.

I think this is a wonderful deal as well.I am like you,I always get paper if they have it. I use them for trash too but most of all I save all my paper bags and use them for wrapping my (boxes) packages to send through the mail. I just cut the bottoms out and turn the word side in and they work great and it's free!

I also wish Target had paper!!! I like the paper bags so much better.All you stuff doesn't get crushed!

I just talked to a few friends,one said she got two bags at her store the other said she called and was told they don't have them,so like I mentioned above,it would be best to call so ou don't make a special trip. Good Luck on getting your bags!!!!!
