New with questions!!!
I have been looking around afc for a few weeks now. there are questions i have, well a lot probably i just dont think i will think of all them now. Ok... when do you know if you can double your coupons?
How do some get their items for less than .25c sometimes? for free? besides having free coupons of course. and what do all the abbreviations stand for when we are talking about different coupons? for instance i think i noticed one was and IP coupon? there are alot more i just haven't figured them out yet. do some grocery stores take multiple coupons for one item without realizing it. I haven't tried it. I heard that sometimes the cashiers just dont care and scan all your coupons to make their life easier. well if anyone else has some good advise please feel free to comment back to me. thanks for your help! Welcome to AFC!!
Double coupons: ask at customer service at your local store. Check out the Steals and Deals section (blue bar at the top of your screen--Resources). Look at bottom of your screen where it says, "new to the site?" You'll see the list of acronyms. ![]() As far as more than one coupon...Most stores will take a manufacturer coupon and a store coupon for the same item. The store coupon will say "Target Coupon" or "Walgreens coupon" or whatever on it. Manufacturers coupons say "manufacturer's coupon" on it most of the time. The bulk of the coupons you find are manufacturer's coupons. Hope this helps! |

IP means internet printed coupon. Some stores don't take those and only want manufacturer's coupons, etc.
Some coupons don't specify "no trial sizes." A lot of free items come from that. You can look at Wal-mart steals and deals to find out what there is available right now! Welcome to AFC!!!!! You will love it. |

![]() the easiest way i learned to get around and be able to navagate is: when i log in i check the box below log in to "remember me" then, hit the button log in. When i get to the home page i then go to NEW POSTS and once that opens, I BOOKMARK that page. (right click on a blank area on that page and choose create shortcut) that will place an ICON on your desktop and so you will only have to click on that ICON to get into AFC You may get this message once you get there "vBulletin Message Sorry - no matches. Just click on the words NEW POSTS on the top row of page..it will let you in to AFC then You will see on the far right hand colum the word Forum...under that is titles of areas to visit....if you click on any of them in that colum it will bring you just to that specific topic...like say you click on WELCOME MAT and it will bring you too ALL the new people who joined thread! And soo on...to post a in a forum....you will find on the page NEW THREAD word and you can post that way.....to REPLY to a thread already started, you just use thr box at the bottom of the page you are viewing, and it will post a reply to the thread you are replying too.....if you have questions about Rep points and how to earn stars, please click on my links in this message that says HOW TO EARN STARS | ALL ABOUT USER REPUTATIONS...i hope this helps you out some..any more questions please feel free to ask anyone of us on the board. we are all here to help and all have started where you are now! ![]() Also, to see your contacts and friends you can click "Quick Search" (top right), scroll to "Contacts & Friends" (under networking), this'll open a window and show all your friends and contacts listed. You can also click "Open Contacts" (under quick search) and a little window will open that'll show your contacts/friends and if they're on/off line. HTH. ![]() |
