 Almost 80% savings!!
I am always "bragging" to dh about my good deals, soooooo...... DH came home today and said, "Wow, talk about savings!"
If you remember, I posted about three weeks ago about Walmart not selling dh's favorite coffee anymore. He is trying different kinds. (We get the beans and grind them ourselves.) He stopped at Weis on the way home and got 1.18 lb of GOURMET coffee and when it came to $9.32 (after tax, yes WV has tax on food) he commented to the cashier that Milstone doesn't even cost that much at Walmart. She said, it is on sale, do you have a club card? She scanned his card and he was amazed at the savings! His total was $1.83. So I told him for that price, he better go back and get more I would rather pay $1 a pound than $7 something! That is less than the store brands! |
