We now have a Wegman's forum for all you in the Northeast who shop there. I personally think that Wegman's is the BEST grocery store of them all.

I haven't been to Wegmans yet...in the DC area, they are still quite new and the closest is about a half hour away from me. But I heard its so great! Too bad I only have three weeks to enjoy it.

OMG I LOVE Wegmans!

I wish it was a little closer to me because I am too lazy to go there weekly...but I always go for my holiday and party shopping..plus sometimes we go for lunch.

YAY! I go there every once in a while. I tried to go on New Year's Eve during the day and it was so packed, I couldn't even park! I guess lots of people wanted to make a nice NYE meal!

yeah I was there on NYE buying me some sushi and cheeses, breads and another $150 worth of who knows what!

Where I am from in upstate NY, Wegman's was our only grocery store so I was very lucky. Whenever I go home to visit, I have to go there! I also worked there for about 3 years and loved it!

I went to school in Upstate NY (Potsdam) so that is where I first found out about Wegmans...then I moved to PA and I found out a Wegmans was opening about 6 months later...I was one happy person!

im from Elmira/Corning area..... I love Wegmans...lived in ROCHESTER for a while and the wegmans in Pittsford is like a CASTLE! has the resturant Tastings in there...

jbird et al - I am in Rochester and LOVE LOVE LOVE Weggies. I have been trying to wean myself off my Wegman's addiction because I spend so much money!

I love Wegmans!! If you need something for a recipe that you can't find anywhere, Wegmans is sure to have it!! And they always have lots of it!! Rarely ever do I see bare shelves!! They never hassle you when you use coupons. I haven't, however, been able to get great deals there! I can't wait to read in this forum from the "experts!!"

My Wegman's (Manalapan, NJ) does not let me use IP coupons. But I agree, their variety is great!

There is one nearby & I love it. In the summer when I am in the Poconos there is one in the area too, so I am never without. It is a store unlike most.

I live in Rochester for 12 years. For those of you who remember the days when Weggies had bigif sales. I used to rack up with freebies. Then Danny sent out that video saying they were not going to have bigif anymore. Instead they were going to "lower" the regular prices! Those were the good old days....sigh
