People in Michigan living in the suburban Detroit area, if you go to Dorian Ford, on Vandyke near 17-17 1/2 mile road, you get 50.00!! The dealer matches the Ford offer 25.00. So you will received two gift cards for 25.00 each (I am thinking based on what the salesmen described to me.)

Best bet to call your local dealer and see if they are participating. Forms are available at the dealership. There is nothing to "fill out"...
