This was a real pain in the butt to fill out. If you don't type in the security code exactly right you have to keep doing the whole thing over. Problem was, I couldn't tell if the "5" was a "5" or an "S" (letter).

Lisa, Not sure where you got that link but A) I couldn't "find server" and B) if you look at the URL when it comes up...to me, it doesn't look like a legit febreze site. just my opinon here - and a gut feeling.
