Last night at my RA, the manager pulled a bunch of Q books out and told the cashier he needed to give them to everyone because the Qs expire 7/31. There is a garnier $1 off shine burst or strength and repair shampoo/conditioner Q in it that can stack with the mannie

The book is called Beauty the RITE Way and is pink at the top and bottom with Penelope Cruz on the cover for Loreal.

I believe that "FAR" means free after rebate. So if you use your coupon and then get the rebate back for it you actually make money. HTH
