Oh - I didn't notice that it includes Sara Lee buns. I wonder if you did the "free" coupon if the buns would still count toward your deal! I will DEFINITELY try this - but will have a back-up plan in case it doesn't work!

I am looking at the coupons. They accept Hillshire Farm Smoked sausage as well.

I'm wondering if you could do four turkey franks and get two packages of Sara Lee hot dog buns free, then get a watermelon for $3.00 off as well (because you have to purchase ONE Ball park franks or Hillshire farm sausage AND Sara Lee Hot Dog buns to get the $3.00 off a whole watermelon for that coupon).

I could only print out 2 of the coupons - but if you go on Wednesday, it will double and you will get $4.00 off. So, four franks and 2 buns would be a total of $4.00. And then if you get $5.00 back - you win! I bet there are coupons out there somewhere else - I will have to look!

Okay - I went to Rainbow and left empty-handed (which was dumb, I realized later - I could at least have gotten my Tombstones and free turkey franks!).

The turkey franks do NOT count toward the $5 off. The BEEF franks (which are the only ones that do count) are $3.99 EACH!. So, you pay $20 and get $5 off - no thanks! I can get my hot dogs cheaper than that at Cub most often!

But, I could have gotten my Tombstone pizzas, my whole seedless watermelon (with my $3.00 off coupon, it would have been .99), two turkey franks and hot dog buns. I would have also bought a few fillers to get it up to $25, but I had my 4 year-old dd with me who was NOT having a good day, so I wasn't using my whole brain!

I am sorry. I did not realize the $5 of your next order was for BEEF Franks until after I checked out yesterday. I did get my 5 packs of turkey franks free since the $1 coupons were doubled.
