June 1st Double Coupons!! Just came in the mailbox today, inside the Red Plum mailer: "Start Clipping!" Sunday June 1st 8am-8pm is a Double Daze Sunday * Customers must spend $25 in a single transaction to double manu Q's ($25 is before tax and after store Q's) * Only Manu Q's with a face value of $1 and under can be doubled * A LIMIT OF 5 Manu Q's in total can be doubled * No cash back given * Does not apply to manu Q's that are not valid for doubling * Does not apply to alcohol / tobacco Sounds like there are a LOT of restrictions here.... but you can turn $5 of Q's into $10 if you work it! ![]()

If anyone can put together a great deal for this please post. Will they take internet manu Q's??

i'm sorry, but those restrictions are so pathetic. the VERY best you could do is an extra $5 off a $25 order. PLUS it's only that one day, the same day the circular comes out so there's very little time to put together any good deals. We'll call that Reason #52 to avoid shopping at Rainbow~

agreed scrapquick! I never shop at Rainbow unless its a steal I'm after. These restrictions are ridiculous-they are preventing you from getting anything for the cheap. 5 coupons? $25 minimum AFTER coupons? Unless there is a good diaper deal, count me out on this

I think that you can go below $25.00 with mani coupons just not store coupons. The fine print reads: Customers must spend $25. in a single transaction to double manufacturers' coupons. ($25 is before tax and after store coupons). The key point is it says store not manufacturers'! Hopefully this helps someone out. I know I will be there a couple of times on Sunday.

I haven't looked real well at it yet, but Hamburger Helper is $1 and if you have the $1 off 3 from last weeks paper (it doesn't say do not double, i do have a $1 off 2 printable that does say it .. sad) you get 3 for $1. We live on hamburger helper.

I am glad that I saved my $1/1 chex mix..too bad they spoiled my idea for doubling them. I can't seem to find 5 $1 coupons that would be good to double. I may end up doubling coupons that are under $1/1. I was just sent some Fiber one coupons and Sargento cheese coupons from a trade, these may be worked in.

General Mills cereals are on sale for $2. If you have $1/2 coupons they end up $1 a box Other good prices: milk $2.50/gallon green grapes .99

That has to be the worst double coupon deal I've ever seen. I'm glad I don't live there. Hope you all make the best of it though.

I would go do it and I even had it worked out for the bill to be $32 down to $19 but I am sick and came home from work early and fiance isn't home plus I literally have no $$ to spend on anything so it sucks. but I have comfort knowing it isn't really even a good deal anyways

Last time that they did this, the $25 was before sale prices. So if milk was reg $3, the $3 would be counted towards the $25. There were many times that I would only spend $15-$20 on items that were on sale and would get the double coupons. This is because the reg price would of been over $25.

I Bought 8 Boxes of Cereal, And Used $1/2 GM cpn, And 2X $1/3 General mills Coupons, SO I thought The Cereal Deal was good, I don't normally shop Rainbow, But It looked better to me than Cub This week, And Then I also Used 3 Chex mix Coupons, And The milk At $2.50 a Gallon was a good deal, I bought HAmburger Helpers also, But then Could not Find my Dang coupons for it, But still got it. And I Accidentally Stole A can of Chef Boyardee That was hiding behind my coupon Binder..........Just needed to confess, Because I did not go back to pay for it.
