This seems to be a trend now with Rainbow Foods in MN. They double up to 5 coupons up to $1 on each. *They say you need the coupon in the paper, but you don't. * They also state that you need a $25 min in order to double the coupons...you don't. I just got back tonight and bought $18 worth and my final bill was $6.84.

Good to know that you don't need a $25 minimum--that's what's really been keeping me from doing it. They've been doing this on Wednesdays only, haven't they? Thanks for your post!

Every Wednesday they have doubled for the last 2 months or so. I broke up my order just in case. I even had a free coupon and it doubled the first $1. Very weird. It did tell me I had saved $24.90 on my one receipt, but I think they are including sale prices. My bill was no where near $24 on that one-it was only $16 and it went down to $6.84.

Thanks for that info. I haven't bothered to do it either, I thought it was a joke. Spend $25.00 to save at the most $5.00......Don't they only double 5 coupons?

Yes, they only double 5 coupons, but I did two seperate transactions. Didn't make my orders too small.
