I just bought 4 boxes of ritz crackers, planning to use it for this! But the form doesn't read like it has to be on one receipt. It says it says send cash register receipt(s). And it doesn't mention having to be on one receipt like the kellogg's offer did. So maybe it doesn't have to be on one.

they have different box numbers but the same dates fro purchase and expiring...huh

If different box numbers, then it should be ok to do both

The one printed in the paper has a box number 490365 and the printable has a number of 490364... so they should both work. I have two extra forms from the paper if anybody needs them.

oh no, I think I messed up. The offer says Handi-snacks cookie or cracker packs. I got 3 of the cookies but the other ones I got were the bread stick kind. Wonder if they won't accept that.
