To qualify for a $30.00 programming card, a radio compatible with the satellite radio service offered by SIRIUS Satellite Radio, Inc. (“SIRIUS”) must be purchased by customer from SIRIUS STUFF and customer’s SIRIUS satellite radio service subscription must be activated by customer within 30 days after radio shipment. A rebate form will be e-mailed to customer at the e-mail address submitted to Sirius Stuff by customer and also will be available for download at www.mysiriusstuff.com/rebates. Redemption terms and conditions and instructions will be included on the rebate form. The $30.00 programming card can be applied by consumer to consumer’s programming charges and/or activation fees payable to SIRIUS.
