It says Official Mail-In Certificate ... Buy $15 worth of Lipton Tea products and get a $5 MasterCard Rewards Card back by mail or Buy $25 worth of Lipton Tea products and get a $10 MasterCard Rewards Card back by mail.

It lists the products that qualify, any combination of Tea bags, Lipton To Go, Pitcher sized iced tea mix, yada yada. Save the UPC's and the original store receipt from purchases dated between February 1, 2007 and September 30, 2007.
