I am confused on this one. It says NPN but then it says mail in UPC's It also says purchase will not increase your chances of "winning"?

From what i understand you can buy upcs but I dont know why you would because you have the same chance without them and the sooner you send it the better. It says there are two options, buy the upcs and send them in with the paper and your information or just send in your information on a regular sheet of paper. Im sending in my info with no upcs, hope it works..I have some of these hersheys shirts and they are so comfy....definetely work a stamp just for the chance it actually works out.
