TYVM GBM! I try to lay out deals in a way a newbie (aka future contributor) can understand (other than basic terms/accronyms they can look up) & follow.

Longs is a great drugstore / prices. We regularly get many basic food items there.

OOS hunting there is fun as it yields RCs that have detachable .50/1 Store coupons good on any Longs brand item = even better prices, & Frees & Profits on sale or RC items .50 & below.

ETA: based on our stockpiles & on not needing to pay tax on FARs we don't need, for us the only deal is the Garnier 100% PROFIT.

Great to see you're back posting Longs deals. I've missed you. Did you get the Spring Savings coupon book at the Longs in your area? If so please post any deals you find. You're so much better at the coupon match ups than I am. If you didn't get this book you can PM me and I can send you one in exchage for your wealth of knowlege of future deals. As I work full time it's hard for me to keep up on all the deals sometimes. Don't know how you do it. Waiting in anticipation for your future posts.

I never stopped posting Longs, RA, WAG, Safeway, ALB, Raleys, Target, & other deals. Just been moving around different forum sites lately looking for the best fit where my content is appreciated, the folks are nice, the Owner invests time maintaining the site, & my posts that don't break any rules don't get modded based on anyone's incorrect assumptions or personal preferences or personal issues with me.

Yes, we recently received multiples of Longs Spring Savings coupons. Often RA, but more so Longs (less followed) coupons don't get included in online coupon databases. I generally search several for matchups before doing my threads (yes, very time consuming but I try multitasking while working on the phone). Matching up to coupons not appearing in databases is much more difficult & time consuming, & sorry but I'll often miss some of them in matchups (especially when doing so many stores).

I hope to count on other Contributors like you to catch those extra deals that can sometimes be very hot.

Most of the Longs coupons in sheets or booklets are not hot. Some look exciting at first glance because they're high value but then the item is not on sale & the net is a bad price (eg often with Tide or different toilet papers).

Some Longs accept expired Mfrs, but often don't accept expired Store coupons unless accompanied by a RC, & otherwise YMMV. So there are some very Hot Deals that way with the Longs Store coupons. I don't post those because too YMMV & would likely confuse and/or disappoint most folks.
