Most of their best promotions are for card holders. I recommend getting one. I only use mine for when they have promotions. If you want you can immediately pay the bill at the service counter. I save sooo much money during the 30% off, especially at Christmas!

Ditto. Whenever my DH says he needs sneakers etc I tell him he has to wait for the Kohl's 30% sale to come around.
