Just wanted to give everyone a heads up on something.

I shop online at Kohl's, especially when they have a promo code for 30% off plus free shipping. Its great because you can return the item to the store for a refund if need be.........HOWEVER....I recently learned that you won't get the full refund if you bought the item with a promo code.

For example, I returned at $10 shirt to the store and only got $7 credited back to my card. I had used a 30% promo for this transaction.

Just wanted my fellow Kohl's shoppers to be aware.

I bought 4 of the same sweaters online . Got them home and was too low even with cami under. Returned them from store without a reciept and made 21.oo from it

I don't understand why you would be upset about getting what you paid back for it. You only paid $7 for it, and you got $7 back. Sounds fair to me.

No, I paid $10 for the shirt and got $7 back. I lost 3 bucks on the deal and had to drive to Kohl's-that's why I'm upset.

Be careful, because the price on the receipt is not the price you actually paid if you used a promo code. It lists the actual price and then takes a group discount off the end. This really irritates me because I want to know what I actually paid for it so I can gloat in my head over the great deals I got!

I'm not trying to pick on you, just trying to understand what is going on here. I have returned things to the store that I have bought online with a promo code (is there any other way to shop at kohls.com? LOL) and gotten everything that I paid back.

30% of $10 would be $3, so you should have actually paid $7 for it. Are you saying the item was $14.29 before the 30% off?

Yes, it looks like they took the discount off at the end. I HATE when they do that!!!!!
