I am wondering at what point is what Kmart doing illegal? They have changed the rules on this offer so many times and now are asking us the consumer to mail in for the gift cards when that is their job to mail in for reimbursement? Just curious if anybody knows what the law is on this, not that Kmart even cares!

I totally agree! While I don't know if Kfart is doing anything illegal, I sure wish they had to answer to someone for switching their mind on their sales. You would think they would be happy to have people shopping there who usually don't. I know the Kfart by my house is usually deserted, I know they could use the business. I for one will not be back.
