My Kmart mess

So I went to Kmart today with BOGO head n shoulders and raincheck from last week sale. They are now allowing one coupon per HOUSEHOLD. I threw a fit and ended up getting one per transaction. It took them a while to void my order and do each transaction. They claimed that ppl were abusing coupons at Kmart. Ours also wont allow ANY coupons with the duracell promo

Jennifer call and report them to your Attorney General~MI. has a state consumer law and I am sure they are breaking the law. Here's the state website:

Also you can report them:File a Complaint (Michigan)

* The Michigan Attorney General's office has a consumer complaint directory. It's arranged by subject and helps people find contacts, federal and state, for a variety of problems. Topics include: "Credit Card Fraud," "Food," "Movers," "Product Warranty & Defects," and "Taxes."

I use the live in MI. so I know they will be in BIG Trouble! You might want to call P& G and let them know what your Kmart did. They will call and straighten the store out. Ask them to email you a letter to take to the store. Sometime you need to educate the Stores.....

2)Call KMart Corporate: 1-866-562-7848

Good luck..I would call P& G 1st and explain what happened. It is against MI. consumer's law. BIG fines for Kmart and them. Don't threaten them just ask why Kmart did this to you?

Call Kmart and make them aware of what happend and the MI. law. If they don't make it right them report them to the state. Make sure you have the ad. The state will want a copy of it.

Your store is in the wrong...I found this on another board...Enjoy!

KMART CORP: I spoke with kmart corp this morning and she says that they are telling the stores to honor the coupon. So it is One Per Purchase, NOT per household. And they are being remburshed by P&G so the stores are not loosing any money. On top of that I thing this whole fiasco is a bad move for Kmart because many people who never darken their door step is now coming in and purchasing their products. Because if this promotion people are also looking to see what else they have and are buy clothes, makeup, and other household goods. At one store I was the employess take off thier red shirt and removed all of the remaining ivory soap 3 packs. Its all very amusing to see how coupon ignorance can hurt a store. 1-866-562-7848, option 1, option 2

i had a simalar experance with kmart a few months ago and had decided not to shop there any more...that is till they started giving me batteries, soap and gc's
i had bought an infant carseat there and the very next day they came out with the $10 off $50 coupons so i took it in and tried to get them to adjust my purchase. first the cs lady tells me that i have to have the carseat with me. so i run to the car and get it. then she tells me that they can't do an adjustment b/c the coupon was issued AFTER the purchase date (isn't that what adjustments are for????) so i had dh check and see if they had anymore on the shelf in the baby section. once he told me they had one back there i went ahead and returned the one i had. as soon as i returned it she cs lady goes" you know i am not gonna put this out there for you to buy again". i said thats fine there is another one back there and i headed for the infant section. i hear her page infants as i walk away and i got back there just in time to see a store employee dragging off the other carseat.
aparently she didn't understand the point of of having a store is to SELL stuff!!! i was so mad i ended up not getting my carseat there even when it was back on the self the next week!

i have noticed the kmart cs in genral really sucks!!
