Just wanted to share what I've done to get the Baby Bucks that is, if I can't get any baby items cheaper or from a more convenient store for me:

Buy x baby items that are on sale
Use x man q.'s for baby items
Use Upromise card (eg Huggies)

The Baby Bucks print off with the total of the amount spent on baby items BEFORE coupons. After I have accumulated $150 worth of Baby Bucks I turn them in at customer service for a $10 GC. This GC can be used on ANY grocery item at Hy Vee. I usually roll the GC by purchasing more baby items and thus receive more Baby Bucks.
