I think this is a good deal. I'm new to couponing and don't really know good sale prices yet,
so I just compare to what we would pay at Sam's Club. Sam's has 50lbs for $8.12 = $0.16/lb.

I think it probably depends on the store but mine does (Cedar Rapids).
