The one I got today had the free dressing Q plus:
.75/ Maxwellhouse
$1/any live active product
.55/ Kraft mayo or miracle whip
.75/ Nabisco toasted chips (ritz, wheat thins)
.55/ Jello sugar free rice pudding
$1/ South Beach hot sandwich or refrigerated wrap.

Mine shows a cheese burger on the cover.

No booklet for me, but I did get the free dressing and a $1/2 Caprisun products q. Also a form for a Kraft Singles holder for $1.99 + 1 UPC.
