| Depends on where you live. A lot of people like to start their plants inside and then transplant them when it gets warmer.  |

| I see that the coupons states $1.00 off 10, maximum $10.00 off...excuse my brain fart..but does this mean I could buy 100 packages at the same time.. ..and get up to $10.00 off..Wow I would have some garden!! |
