There was a coupon flier I got in the mail for the following valid until may 6 w/ additional $10 purchase (manager told me I only had to spend $10, not $40 to use all 4)

tortilla soup
heb full cooked beef brisket
heb fully cooked beef patties
heb fresh corn 4 pack

When you go in, the burgers have a combo loco for free fritos (I don't eat these but DH will I guess) and free pepsi or manzanita sol). That's a LOT of free stuff just for making a $10 purchase which is only a couple of gallons of milk and some fruit for the kids. They also have a deal where you get $3 of free gas for $75 (PRE COUPON) purchase, so Yeah...I did roll through the gas station and get $3 in gas only. I can't help it! We get an employee discount on fuel so I am not giving them any money but I am not turning down free gas.

I also did the Tyson nugget combo loco and for $5.99 I got free kool aid jammer 10 calorie pack and a giant thing of heinz ketchup. I buy the nuggets some for my picky eldest and we always buy heinz ketchup and 10 calorie pcks so it was a good deal for me.

Anyway, this was my first real attempt to HEB shop. It's a little confusing but they did lump all the combo loco stuff together so you could find it.

I did not get this coupon flier in the mail. Lucky you!!

our heb is kind of new...maybe that is it.

WOW.. wish i would of gotten that. I didnt. I never get coupons from HEB. and they are the only grocery store in town.
