What a let down! Rec'd expired BOGO in the mail!
What a bummer! I received a free greeting card from Walmart with an expired coupon for free greeting card (up to $3.) WYB 1 American Greetings card!

Oh well, the card was free that they sent! LOL

Why don't you calll and complain? Maybe they didn't realize that they were sending out expired q's. It's wortha shot.

I received some expired Kotex coupons once. I simply wrote to them to let them know I had recently received their mailing, and I appreciated it, however the coupons were expired. I asked for them to please send some unexpired coupons, and they did.

I received this too. I e-mailed them and got the following response.

"Thank you for your contacting us.

We are sorry about the inconvenience you experienced with our store coupon. Due to an error in the mailing, some of the people who signed up for the promotion received the coupons too late to use them. We will be mailing another coupon out to you and we apologize for the mistake.
