Yes. But have them scan your coupons before your card otherwise the computer doesn't see the "free item" because it takes it off.

Yes, but they don't double the second coupon if the coupons are identical.

Depends on where you are at. My Giant in MD is near Superfresh that triples coupons up to 99 cents sometimes and always doubles .99 so the Giant has always doubled all my coupons up to .50 without giving me a hard time since they know the consumer will take their purchases to superfresh if they give us too much of a hard time.
