no target nearby? all of the walmarts and dollar gennerals sold out?

freds does have the 12 count for 2.49.The least economical buy between the 4 stores,but better then taking a chance of a cashier saying "NO" on an expired coupon.

Ok, really dumb question here...

When a coupon has an expiration date, does that mean you can or cannot use it on that date. Like these Electrasol coupons, they say 2/3, so can I use them tomorrow?

Sorry, always use mine before that date. Thank you!!!
