I asked Freds corporate previously and they said they do not take IPs. unless it has changed, check with your stores, first.

I'm sure there are stores out side of our little "Hoot n Holler" county that take them, but I haven't found a store yet, anywhere that takes internet printed coupons...neither does our Fred's take them either...from what I heard, it's mostly because people are learning to counterfeit them, print themselves up some awesome high dollar coupons, get the stuff practically free and then the retailer is left holding the loss because the manufacturer says "nope...not our coupon...you've been *had*"...or something like that...it's too bad.
