In case anyone orders from E.L.F..... I placed an order 6/8 and it's still processing! Here was their response:

Thank you for your order with e.l.f. Cosmetics. Your order has been received by our warehouse and is being processed for shipment. Due to extremely high demand, we have had to update our shipping practices in order to insure that future orders will be shipped in a timely manner. During this process we are unfortunately experiencing shipping delays. Orders are currently leaving our distribution center within 10 - 14 business days of receipt. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We can assure you that we are working around the clock so that you will receive your products as quickly as possible.
Please contact us if you need your order for a specific event and we will certainly do our best to accommodate you.
You will be sent an automatic email when your order ships. Your credit card has been authorized, but will not be charged until the order is shipped.

This happens all of the time, and don't be surprised if some of your stuff is missing when your shipment finally gets there! And good luck getting a refund on the items that were not there!

It took FOREVER to receive my order the last time, and then when it did arrive, something was missing. I called and they told me no problem, they would hive me a refund, I never received an e-mail of my refund nor the refund at all.

I called because I was missing stuff too. I didn't receive an email, but I DID get the refund about 2 weeks later.
