There were ones for Pantene, Herbal essences, Suave shampoo, Secret deoderant, Tag body stuff. They all have the dg logo at the top of the q's so, I don't know if they can be used anywhere else.

If they are the same ones I have- they are MFG and have and addy. They should work anywhere....I have used at Target and Harris Teeter.

I went to DG yesterday. Not one tearpad in sight!

I have never seen this many tearpads at dg. I must have gotten lucky and gotten there right after they put them all out

A ton out in one store and just a very few at the older store. I do like the newer store better, bigger and nicer!
So how many shampoos other sauve items do you have stashed so far????
I have about 30 bottles of shampoo & conditioner, 6 deoderants & a few lotions.....woohooo, won't need this for a while!

What q are you using for the sauve? I have a ton of suave cpns.

I didn't think anyone else would take these because they say on the back: Good at Dollar General (the front says Dollar General manufacturer's coupon.) They don't say "Only Good at Dollar General." Is that why other stores are taking them? Do you think WalMart or CVS will take them?

Here are some that I grabbed (and every one says off of "any"): Old Spice deod or body wash $1/2, Secret deod $1/2, Always .50/1 excluding liners, Olay body wash or bar soap $1/2, Tag $1/1, Tampax .50/1, Head and Shoulders $1/1, Herbal Essences shampoo or conditioner $1/1, Pantene $1/1. All of these expire 8/31/08.
Also, there are Qs to save $2 off when you purchase $6 worth of Suave and/or Q-tips products. Expires 8/31/08. All these Qs come out of little boxes. Heads Up: There is ANOTHER Suave one that comes in a tri-fold brochure and the Q itself (inside) does not have the words "Dollar General" on it! The front of the brochure has a woman and child on it, with a hot pink flower in the upper right corner that says "Save $2 instantly & enter for your chance to win!" I used it last week at Kroger. I had no idea I could use the others!!! Oh my gosh!!!!!
Edited---I finally got last Sunday's inserts, and the brochure has the same picture (of the mom and kid) as the Suave ad...

Hmmm Ill have to try this.............I assumed the coupons like that were only good 2 the store,family dollar has some in the clothes detergent section and I never got any b/c I assumed they were good just at the store.Thanks....

Harris Teeter will accept these.

I found a ton of q's at DG today.. Im hoping they are good elsewhere because I have been taking down prices from stores I go to and things I buy a lot of. DG seems to be more expensive then most...

YMMV on this one. Unless a store advertises that they accept competitors coupons, they're not obligated to accept these. Most cashiers at other stores will not accept them, IF they notice that they say Dollar General on them. It's worth a shot, but be prepared for the worst. LOL!
