PRELIMINARY INFORMATION: No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase chances of winning. This Sweepstakes is only open to permanent legal residents of the forty eight (48) contiguous states of the United States and the District of Columbia who are physically located and residing therein, and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and the age of majority in their state of residence as of July 9, 2008. Residents of the states of Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions are not eligible to enter this Sweepstakes. There will be three (3) separate, overlapping Sweepstakes periods for the Infiniti FX "Redefining the Drive" Online Challenge Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes"), each with its own prize offerings and odds of winning. The initial Sweepstakes period begins on July 9, 2008, at 12:00:01 a.m. ET and ends on August 18, 2008 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET ("Initial Sweepstakes Period"). The second Sweepstakes period begins on July 9, 2008, at 12:00:01 a.m. ET and ends on August 27, 2008 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET ("Second Sweepstakes Period"). The overall Sweepstakes period begins on July 9, 2008, at 12:00:01 a.m. ET and ends on September 28, 2008 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET ("Overall Sweepstakes Period"). All times in this Sweepstakes refer to Eastern Time.

TO ENTER: To enter, access The Infiniti FX 'Redefining the Drive' Online Challenge ("Web Site"). Once there, click on the Sweepstakes icon or text link, either of which will take you to the Sweepstakes home page. Then play the "Redefining the Drive Online Challenge" game and, upon your achieving a successful score in the game as described on the Entry Web Site (or after three game play attempts regardless of score), you will be taken to the entry form. Then complete and thereafter submit the entry form, which includes your first and last name, complete address, telephone number (including area code), date of birth, and e-mail address (collectively, "Entry Information"). All entries become the property of WNBC, KNBC, KNSD, WMAQ, KXAS, WTVJ, WCAU, WRC, KNTV and NBC Universal, Inc. (collectively, "Sponsors"), and will not be acknowledged or returned. Initial Sweepstakes Entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. on August 18, 2008. Second Sweepstakes Entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. on August 27, 2008. Overall Sweepstakes Entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. on September 28, 2008. You may enter once per day during the Sweepstakes Periods. Limit forty-three entries for the entire Initial Sweepstakes Period. Limit fifty-two entries for the entire Second Sweepstakes Period. Limit seventy-nine (79) total entries per person/email address for the entire Overall Sweepstakes Period. All required Entry Information must be completed in full. Multiple entries received from any person or email address beyond the stated limits will void all such additional entries. Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, garbled, corrupted, or unintelligible for any reason, including, but not limited to, computer or network malfunction or congestion, are void and will not be accepted. Proof of delivery or receipt of entry will not be deemed by Sponsors as proof of entry. In case of a dispute over the identity of an entrant who submitted a potentially winning entry, Sponsors reserve the right to deem that the entry was made by the registered subscriber of the email account submitted at the time of entry (per internet service-provider records required to be produced by the entrant). Any personal information supplied by entrants to Sponsors will be subject to Sponsors' Privacy Policies and Terms Of Use posted at the Web Site. Except where prohibited by law or Sponsors' Privacy Policies, Entry constitutes permission to use entrant's name, city, state, likeness, image, and/or voice for purposes of advertising, promotion, and publicity without additional compensation.

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to permanent legal residents of the forty eight (48) contiguous states of the United States and the District of Columbia who are physically located and residing therein, and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and the age of majority in their state of residence as of July 9, 2008. Entrants must have either a valid social security number and/or a valid U.S. personal tax identification number and possess a valid U.S. driver's license issued by one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia. Residents of the states of Alaska and Hawaii and residents of Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions are not eligible to enter this Sweepstakes. Officers, directors, and employees of Sweepstakes Entities, members of these persons' immediate families (spouses and/or parents, children, and siblings, and their spouses), and/or persons living in the same households as such persons (whether related or not) are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Entities, as referenced herein, shall include Sponsors, Sweepstakes administrator, Internet Broadcasting Systems, Inc., KPRC, WXIA, KPNX, WHDH, WFLA, WPTV, Nissan North America, Inc. and its independent dealers, and their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies and administrative, advertising, and promotion agencies and any other entity involved in the development, administration, promotion, or implementation of the Sweepstakes

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: There will be three (3) separate drawings for the Sweepstakes. One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing by Sweepstakes administrator on or about August 19, 2008 from all eligible entries received during the Initial Sweepstakes Period. One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing by Sweepstakes administrator on or about August 28, 2008 from all eligible entries received during the Second Sweepstakes Period. One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing by Sweepstakes administrator on or about October 13, 2008 from all eligible entries received during the Overall Sweepstakes Period. Sponsors will make two (2) attempts within a twenty-four (24) hour period to notify each winner at the phone number submitted at the time of entry. Each potential winner will be required to execute and return (via shipping service pre-paid by Sponsors) an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, Publicity Release (where legal), a copy of his/her valid U.S. driver's license issued by one of the fifty (50) states of the United States or the District of Columbia, an IRS Form W-9 and any other documentation that Sponsors may require (collectively, "Sweepstakes Documents") within five days (5) days of receipt or winner may be disqualified and alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries. By returning the completed Sweepstakes Documents, winner attests to the authenticity of his/her entry. Winner(s) may also be required to fax the completed Sweepstakes Documents to Sweepstakes administrator within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of these documents by winner(s). Faxed Sweepstakes Documents will have the same force and effect as the originals. If a winner cannot be reached, if he/she is found to be ineligible, if he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, and/or if his/her prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

PRIZE/ODDS OF WINNING: There will be three (3) prizes awarded, one (1) prize will be awarded at the end of the Initial Sweepstakes Period ("Golf Prize # 1"), one (1) prize will be awarded and the end of the Second Sweepstakes Period ("Golf Prize # 2") and one (1) prize will be awarded and the end of the Overall Sweepstakes Period ("Grand Prize") (collectively, "Prizes"). Golf Prize # 1: There will be one (1) Golf Prize # 1 awarded, consisting of the following: A trip ("Golf Prize # 1 Trip") for winner ("Golf Prize # 1 Winner") and one (1) guest ("Golf Prize # 1 Guest") to the final two (2) rounds of a professional golf tournament in the contiguous forty eight (48) states of the United States or the District of Columbia ("Golf Prize # 1 Event"). Specific Golf Prize # 1 Event to be selected by Golf Prize # 1 Winner from a list supplied by Sponsors, and Golf Prize # 1 Winner's choice is subject to the subsequent approval of Sponsors, in their sole discretion. Actual city that Golf Prize # 1 Winner and his/her Golf Prize # 1 Guest travel to will be determined by where selected Golf Prize # 1 Event is held ("Golf Prize # 1 Location"). Golf Prize # 1 Trip consists of round-trip, coach-class air transportation for Golf Prize # 1 Winner and his/her Golf Prize # 1 Guest from a major commercial airport near Golf Prize # 1 Winner's residence (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion) to a major commercial airport near Golf Prize # 1 Location (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion); standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy) for two (2) nights at a hotel near Golf Prize # 1 Location (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion); two (2) general admission spectator tickets for Golf Prize # 1 Winner and Golf Prize # 1 Guest to the final two (2) rounds of Golf Prize # 1 Event; and a check made out to Golf Prize # 1 Winner (only) in the total amount of five hundred dollars ($500). The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Golf Prize # 1 is three thousand dollars ($3,000). Golf Prize # 2: There will be one (1) Golf Prize # 2 awarded, consisting of the following: A trip ("Golf Prize # 2 Trip") for winner ("Golf Prize # 2 Winner") and one (1) guest ("Golf Prize # 2 Guest") to the final two (2) rounds of a professional golf tournament in the contiguous forty eight (48) states of the United States or the District of Columbia ("Golf Prize # 2 Event"). Specific Golf Prize # 2 Event to be selected by Golf Prize # 2 Winner from a list supplied by Sponsors, and Golf Prize # 2 Winner's choice is subject to the subsequent approval of Sponsors, in their sole discretion. Actual city that Golf Prize # 2 Winner and his/her Golf Prize # 2 Guest travel to will be determined by where selected Golf Prize # 2 Event is held ("Golf Prize # 2 Location"). Golf Prize # 2 Trip consists of round-trip, coach-class air transportation for Golf Prize # 2 Winner and his/her Golf Prize # 2 Guest from a major commercial airport near Golf Prize # 2 Winner's residence (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion) to a major commercial airport near Golf Prize # 2 Location (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion); standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy) for two (2) nights at a hotel near Golf Prize # 2 Location (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion); two (2) general admission spectator tickets for Golf Prize # 2 Winner and Golf Prize # 2 Guest to the final two (2) rounds of Golf Prize # 2 Event; and a check made out to Golf Prize # 2 Winner (only) in the total amount of five hundred dollars ($500). The ARV of Golf Prize # 2 is three thousand dollars ($3,000). The ARV of Golf Prize # 1 and Golf Prize # 2 (collectively, "Golf Prizes") may vary depending on the points of departure, points of arrival, and fare fluctuations for the Golf Prize Trips. Any differences between the stated ARV of the Golf Prizes and actual ARV of the Golf Prizes will not be awarded. Golf Prize Winners will each receive an IRS Form 1099 from Sponsors for the total ARV of their Golf Prize for the calendar year in which their Golf Prize was won. Details of Golf Prizes will be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a Golf Prize (or Golf Prize element) of equal or greater value for any reason at their sole discretion. All taxes and other, unspecified expenses, costs, or fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of Golf Prizes are the sole responsibility of Golf Prize Winners. Golf Prizes cannot be transferred by Golf Prize Winners or redeemed for cash and are valid only for the items detailed above, with no substitution of Golf Prizes by Golf Prize Winners. If a Golf Prize is unclaimed, it will be forfeited and an alternate Golf Prize Winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries. If a Golf Prize element is not available for any reason, as determined at Sponsors' discretion, the remaining elements of Golf Prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsors' Golf Prize obligation to Golf Prize Winner(s) and no additional compensation will be awarded. Certain blackout periods and travel restrictions may apply. Travel and hotel arrangements will be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. Once determined, no change, extension or substitution of Golf Prize Trip dates is permitted, except by Sponsors in their sole discretion. Golf Prize Winner(s) and Golf Prize Guest(s) must travel together on the same itinerary. No other travel elements (including, without limitation, travel to and from airport, insurance, gasoline, meals, gratuities, souvenirs, etc.) are included in Golf Prizes. Airline and hotel reservations are subject to availability. If a Golf Prize Guest is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian and such person must be a Golf Prize Winner. If a Golf Prize Winner elects to partake in any or all portions of his/her prize without a Golf Prize Guest, no additional compensation will be awarded in place thereof. All taxes and fees assessed at the time of ticketing are the responsibility of Golf Prize Winner(s). Tickets are non-refundable and are not valid for business-related or group travel. Tickets are valid only for travel on airline chosen by Sponsors in their sole discretion. If a Golf Prize Winner resides within one hundred (100) miles of selected Golf Prize Event Location, then Golf Prize Winner and his/her Golf Prize Guest will be responsible for their own round trip transportation to the Golf Prize Event and Golf Prize Winner(s) will receive five hundred dollars ($500), paid by check, in lieu of air transportation. Tickets will be issued only to Golf Prize Winner(s) and Golf Prize Guest(s). Tickets are void if sold for cash or other consideration. Golf Prize Winners are responsible for any tax liability, including applicable departure taxes or fees, inspection charges, and security charges. Once issued, tickets are non-transferable and may not be reissued once travel has commenced. Open tickets may not be issued and stopovers are not permitted. Golf Prize Winner(s) and Golf Prize Guest(s) must have valid travel documents (e.g., valid government-issued photo identification and/or passport) prior to departure. Golf Prizes consist only of the elements set forth above. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsors. Sponsors shall have no responsibility or liability for cancellations, delays, or any other change by any company or person providing any element of Golf Prizes due to reasons beyond Sponsors' control, and are not responsible or liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence thereof. All travel will be at the risk of Golf Prize Winner(s) and Golf Prize Guest(s). All elements of Golf Prizes must be redeemed at the same time. Date and/or time of Golf Prize Events are subject to change. Golf Prize Events are subject to cancellation. Golf Prize Guest(s), if any, will be required to execute and return a release of liability and, except where prohibited, publicity release, which must be returned with the Sweepstakes Documents, or Guest portion of Golf Prize will be forfeited. Golf Prize notifications and Sweepstakes Documents will be mailed/shipped to a street address within the forty eight (48) contiguous states of the United States and the District of Columbia only. Grand Prize: There will be one (1) grand prize ("Grand Prize") awarded consisting of the following: One (1) 2009 Infiniti FX35 AWD with Premium Navigation and Technology Packages ("Vehicle"). Any depiction of Vehicle is for illustrative purposes only. Vehicle will only be delivered to an address within the forty eight (48) contiguous states of the United States and the District of Columbia only. Grand Prize Winner must take delivery of the Vehicle at an authorized Infiniti dealership location designated by Sponsors in their sole discretion ("Delivery Site"). Sponsors or their representatives reserve the right, but are not obligated, to designate the Delivery Site as the Grand Prize Winner's residence or an authorized Infiniti dealership close thereto. Sponsors will use all reasonable efforts, subject to availability, to deliver the Vehicle within ninety (90) days of receipt of completed Sweepstakes Documents. Sponsors are not responsible for any delays in the delivery of the Vehicle. In order to accept the Vehicle, Grand Prize Winner must possess and present adequate personal identification, evidence of legally required insurance, and a valid U.S. driver's license issued by one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia. Grand Prize Winner bears the risk of damage to Vehicle after delivery to specified Delivery Site and Vehicle will be forfeited if not picked up within thirty (30) days after delivery thereto. Vehicle shown may not be actual Vehicle delivered. All reasonable efforts shall be used to provide the same model and year as shown or at least a Vehicle having substantially the same dealer cost. Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for all travel and transportation costs incurred in connection with collecting Vehicle, all applicable state and local sales tax, title, license and fees. as well as any insurance, Grand Prize Winner requested additional options, and any other costs incurred in claiming, registering, or using the Vehicle, including, without limitation, any costs incurred in bringing the Vehicle from the Delivery Site to the Grand Prize Winner's home and any other costs/expenses not specifically mentioned as being included. The ARV of the Grand Prize is fifty thousand four hundred and fifty dollars ($50,450). Total ARV of all prizes is fifty six thousand four hundred and fifty dollars ($56,450). Odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible Entries received throughout the entire Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) Prize per person per household. Vehicle will be delivered solely with the express written limited warranties set forth in the applicable Warranty Booklet. Grand Prize Winner is not eligible for any cash rebate programs. Interior and exterior colors of the Vehicle will be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. Grand Prize Winner agrees that Infiniti and Nissan North America have neither made nor are responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Vehicle, including, but not limited to, the quality, mechanical condition, or fitness, except that Vehicle does include Infiniti's standard new vehicle limited warranty as set forth in the Vehicle's Warranty Booklet (see authorized Infiniti dealers for full details). All federal, state, or other taxes, including, without limitation, income taxes, are the sole responsibility of Grand Prize Winner. Sweepstakes administrator is not the supplier or guarantor of Prizes.

CONDITIONS: By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees for entrant and for entrant's heirs, executors, and administrators (a) to release and hold harmless Sweepstakes Entities, and their respective officers, directors, and employees (collectively, "Released Parties") from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from such entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of Prize or any portion thereof; (b) to indemnify Released Parties from any and all liability resulting or arising from the Sweepstakes and to hereby acknowledge that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to Prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by Prize supplier that are sent along with Prize; (c) if selected as the Winner, to the posting of such entrant's name on The Infiniti FX 'Redefining the Drive' Online Challenge and the use by Released Parties of such name, voice, image, and/or likeness for publicity, promotional, and advertising purposes without additional compensation, and, upon request, to the giving of consent, in writing, to such use except where such requirement is prohibited by law; and (d) to be bound by these Official Rules and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in the Sweepstakes itself, and to be bound by all decisions of the Sponsors, which are binding and final. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes.

ADDITIONAL TERMS: Sponsors reserve the right to permanently disqualify from any promotion any person they believe has intentionally violated these Official Rules. Any attempt to deliberately damage the Sweepstakes or the operation thereof is unlawful and subject to legal action by Sponsors, who may seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. The failure of Sponsors to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, terrorism, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities outside of the control of Sponsors (excepting compliance with applicable codes and regulations), or other "force majeure" event will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules. Released Parties assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to entrants' or to any other person's computer relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for telecommunications, network, electronic, technical, or computer failures of any kind; for inaccurate transcription of entry information; for errors in any promotional or marketing materials or in these Official Rules; for any human or electronic error; or for entries that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, delayed, lost, late, damaged, or returned. Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes or any element thereof (including, without limitation, these Official Rules) without notice in any manner and for any reason (including, without limitation, in the event of any unanticipated occurrence that is not fully addressed in these Official Rules). In the event of cancellation, modification, or suspension, Sponsors reserve the right to select Winners in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received at the time of the event warranting such cancellation, modification, or suspension. Notice of such cancellation, modification, or suspension will be posted at The Infiniti FX 'Redefining the Drive' Online Challenge. Sponsors may prohibit any entrant or potential entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes, if such entrant or potential entrant shows a disregard for these Official Rules; acts with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrant, Sponsors, or Sponsors' agents or representatives; or behaves in any other disruptive manner (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion).

DISPUTES: THE SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, AND THE FORUM AND VENUE FOR ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE IN NEW YORK, NEW YORK. IF THE CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM IS NOT OTHERWISE RESOLVED THROUGH DIRECT DISCUSSIONS OR MEDIATION, IT SHALL THEN BE RESOLVED BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY JUDICIAL ARBITRATION AND MEDIATION SERVICES, INC., IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS STREAMLINED ARBITRATION RULES AND PROCEDURES OR SUBSEQUENT VERSIONS THEREOF ("JAMS RULES"). THE JAMS RULES FOR SELECTION OF AN ARBITRATOR SHALL BE FOLLOWED, EXCEPT THAT THE ARBITRATOR SHALL BE EXPERIENCED AND LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN NEW YORK. ALL PROCEEDINGS BROUGHT PURSUANT TO THIS PARAGRAPH WILL BE CONDUCTED IN THE COUNTY OF NEW YORK. THE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY PARTY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES OR OTHER SUCH RELATED COSTS OF BRINGING A CLAIM, OR TO RESCIND THIS AGREEMENT OR SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR ANY OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF.
