I am so upset with cvs... they canceled one of my cards... it had 170 plus extra care bucks and they told me sorry about your luck... so I am out those bucks... and I tried to fight it even.
So my question is do we know for a fact that the email coupons are linked? I wanted to use the 10/50 coupons that i found online... i never get any though email... if this is true i think i am finished with cvs... I don't trust them with the extra care bucks... I am so mad I am thinking about called BBB... any words...? |

How many cards do you have? Did they give a reason as to why they canceled one of your cards?

i only had one card... and they said they didn't know why my card did that... that there new system is not very customer friendly... my store said they can not over ride coupons... and so did cvs... so to me i feel as though cvs stole from me... i am so mad right now... even more if they tell me i can't even use the 10 off 50... and to think i did so much shopping.

That is so wrong!!! I would be very upset to... I would call corp and get the bucks put on a new card if possible you earned those by shopping there!

Have you called corp. to see if they will reimburse you for your ECB's? If you did call, what did they say? Surely they have to have a reason to cancel a card. It's crazy it happened out of the blue. I'm so sorry. I can only imagine the work you've put in to earn 170 ECB's, especially on only one card.

They cancelled it because you tried to use a 10/50 that you got online, not emailed from them?
Is that correct? I belong to another site that will email you links to those q's and I thought it was funny that the ones I saw were addressed to something like "Dear Valued Customer". I deleted the email and didn't even try using them. I'll just stick with the measley 3/15 that I got from the Washington Post. I would definately fight this, there is no way I would quietly let that amount of ECB's get wasted! |

WOW, I'm fuming over it and it didn't even happen to me!
How can they justify treating customers like that? Sorry that happened, keep up with fighting it. Maybe you'll finally get someone with a brain & they'll take care of it for you! ![]() |
