I was in the cosmetic section and found a small CVS coupon booklet. It was in a basket along with the CVS magazine that sells for .99. It has 8 coupons in it, and the one on the cover is for $2.00 on any Skin Effects purchase. The booklet itself is about 3"x5" and has a woman on the front wearing a green turtleneck. (the picture is of her head on up). HTH!

Do the different cards all give the same coupons or different ones? I was wondering this yesterday when I scanned my primary card, but didn't have my other one because I gave it to my mother last weekend.

Found a $3/10, no expiration date on a stack of surveys at the pharmacy in my local CVS. It looked like the survey was for an in-store demonstation of some sort so I didn't fill it out (had no clue what product they were talking about), but took one for the coupon. Now I wish I had taken more.

Organizing question!!

I would like some help in organizing my coupons. So far I cannot get past the grocery coupons to get the health and beauty ones organized. Do you have any suggestions? It seems that this is a daily activity for me, which is fun, but I seem to neglect other areas of the house. Just some ideas of your couponing habits may spark a new organizational system in me

Also, we have been grocery shopping at night without the children which we thought would be a good idea, BUT it turns out that it is not such a great idea because then the cashiers tend to be pick more on the items and the coupons. We do this about twice a week. Any advice would be great.
Thanks for your guidance on this, I will pass along what you tell me to my friend which is going through the same thing.

Is this CVS or MFR? There are some great mfr ones right now like the $6/1 bronzer ~ these would go nicely together!

Thanks for your guidance on this, I will pass along what you tell me to my friend which is going through the same thing.
I no longer clip coupons each week; instead I have a coupon system.
1. I buy at least 3 sunday papers (sometimes more). I spend 5 minutes going through coupons and putting the same ones together, so they are easier to find.
2. My coupon system consists of an accordian folder (Target has nice handled ones on clearance right now). Each slot is for each week of coupons. I also have some envelopes for coupons that are not in their monthly slot. These can consist of both coupons not in the Sunday paper and if I have cut all the coupons from one page, but one, I just add it here by month.
3. At the end of each month, I go through and toss all the expired coupons in my envelopes and move up all of the coupons from each week if they have expired. I usually clip them or add them to a miscellaneous slot in the folder.
4. I go to couponmom.com each week and from their grocery coupon database, I copy that week's coupon list and paste it to my master one in Excel. I then sort by title and have a list that contains, the week of the coupons, the expiration date, the title and the price. I also include how many I have. I then print this list and add it to my folder and carry my folder with me to the store...then I just look through the list for items and only cut what I need.

I have saved soooo much money since I started doing this, because now I don't waste coupons I didn't know I was going to use.

Hope this helps!

Found a 3/15 exp 6/29/08 on the counter at the pharmacy. It has a pic of a female pharmacist on it and says "the perfect time to shop for essentials is while your prescription is being filled" I just grabbed two because their stack was low and the tech was right there(didn't want to seem greedy while she was input the card for the free rx)

I wish I knew i could get a list of the coupons that were in each weeks paper. I go crazy typing them all in my computer every week. I always buy at least 6 inserts because i am a cvs deal freak. I use the same basic system. It works well. Especially when you find a deal and you can't remember if you have a coupon or not. Just check out your list and you know exactly where to go to look for it. It's so much better than shuffling through abunch of cut coupons.
