I used the free refills wyb razor coupon and also $2.00 off the razor coupon. Tossed in a $4 off $20 first. I had to get a candy bar so # of items = # of coupons. Worked fine for me.

Is this deal in all CVS for the Quatro razor ( $10 extra care bucks on your card)? I didn't see it in the circular for this week.
