Join Our Birthday Club! We have a free birthday gift waiting for your pet. Fill out the form below and we will mail your pet a card on their birthday for a select gift from Eukanuba, L.M., Nutro, or Purina.
Cards must be redeemed in store so in order to enter you must live within a reasonable distance of a Complete Petmart location. Limit 5 pets per household, card expires 1 month from pet's birthday. Email with any questions!
