I've seen some threads where people say their RR rewards or ECBs didn't print or a GC wasn't generated at Target, etc.

What is the best way to handle that? I am especially wondering what to do if additional mfg Qs were used and obviously forfeited to the cashier in the transaction. For example, last week I was WAGS and I was expecting to get some RR for Listerine Smart Rinse. I bought two and had two coupons ($1 ea) but no RR came out. I was too new to know how to handle it....can a more seasoned AFCer tell me what they would have done?

In the instance of an ecb or RR not printing I usually just let the manager know or if I'm home, I call corp. As for other mistakes, I just chalk it up to a learning experience. We've all had them, sometimes it just doesn't come together as planned, but I don't make a big deal about it. Sometimes it's best to just let it slide, there will be lots of other deals!
