Scissors My Coupon Organizer

I was looking at the other organizer thread and I just cannot justify $30 to save money. ????

So I thought I would share my system. I bought a plastic shoe box size plastic organizer tub with a snap on lid. It fits very nicely in the seat of a basket.
I sorted coupons in order of my Kroger aisles since that is where I do most of my shopping. I used legal sized envelopes to sort coupons. I made catagories according to what I needed, how much was on the aisle ect. to fit my needs.
I have:
produce
fish
lunch meat
cereal
snack bars/cookies (since they are right there together)
box meals/helpers
canned goods
lunch box (fruits and puddings together)
pastas
cake mixes
baking needs (oil, sugar, flour ect)
...........................

and so on through the store. I will share all of my catagories but there really isnt anything special, just what is on each ailse that I use.

I keep an empty envelope in the front for used coupons for the trip. I also keep a pen and small pair of scissors in the tub.

This works well for me and I spent less than $5 for it.

I have a 64 zippered CD holder that really works well for me. I paid $5 for it at Dollar General.

I use something similar to you, but I use ABC dividers and put everything in order.

I have tried abc order, but I tend to like sections of the store better. I once tried to separate into brands and that got crazy trying to file them.
