I'm new here but do belong to other sites. I don't trade much but I do have multiples of inserts of coupons I won't need and want to really get into tradeing. My question is, How do u organize ur trades? Do u write them down on paper or put the in a Word document or is there a spreadsheet available somewhere? Thanks for reading. Amy

I keep mine in categories in Huggies wipes containers. I pull them when I have a possible trade and mail them out ASAP so I don't forget. Is this what you are asking?

WOW! I am so unorganized!! I keep track of my trades the same way I keep track of my check book---IN MY HEAD!! It works for me...well, not all the time. I try to always make sure that as soon as I make the trade official, I do the envie right then so I won't forget, It works for me! ![]()

If you are asking about recording what it traded with whom... I keep at least one pm from a person who I have traded with (one that includes the items exchanged) and put that pm in a folder called "trades sent." I do not delete the pm until I recieve my end and the trader has left feedback for recieving what I have sent. Hope that helps ![]()

I keep PMs related to the trade, like tootsie roll. And like CM, I do the envie as soon as the trade is agreed upon.

I bought an inexpensive check file with 30 or so slots and have categorized them in the same way I did my main binder.
