I know there's probably no hard and fast rule for the coupon/stamp trade, but what are some generalities? I'm going to add stamps to my wishlist and I'd like to make sure I'm not insulting anyone by asking for too many. Thanks!

i would like to know also, same with GC's. Are people trading full GC's or just ones with a few dollars on them.

I can only talk from experience. I generally trade 1 stamp per every 3 1.00 & under Q. As far as GC I have traded equal value GCs & also did 2 $5 GC plus numeorus Qs incl BOGO & Free for a $5 GC plus $5 paypal. I ty to trade Qs for Qs if I can, but will do stanps if it is soemhting I can really use. I tyr to match the number of Qs for Qs & if I cna't then I htorw in some stamps to make up for it. When I trade Qs they may not be the same value. I am an easy trade though....If I have a ton of Qs to get rid of I do a Potluck & only ask for 5+ Qs from my wishlist in return. I just did that for the first time this past week so I cna't comment on how well it went. I got a few trades already, but they r from people I ahve traded with before so I knew they would be greta & even posisbly exceed my expectations. HTH

My rule of thumb is this......whatever makes you happy makes me happy! Don't ever be afraid ro say if you don't think it's enough and have a set amount in your mind!! The coupon trades for me are like this......A basketball in my hand is worthless but a basketball in Michael Jordan's hans is priceless! In other words, a Q that you may think is the greatest thing since sliced bread may not be worth anything to me, KWIM??
