i JUST WANTED TO TAKE A MINUTE TO SHARE MY STORY WITH YA'LL ABOUT CIRCUT CITY,. My husband and i bought a 52 inch tv from circut city 2 1/2 years ago and it broke we have been trying to get it fixed for two months (we bought the extended warenty )had a crapy repair man so after 2 months i called circut city warrenty company and had a talk with them about all the trouble that i had been having they sent to the store with my tv and they exchanged my old tv for a brand new one with no out of pocket
expense we got a 1600.00 dollar tv because they did not have my old on any more I was thrilled to death I will now make all of my t.v. purchases at circut city because they did do right by us we are very satisfied coustmers

I used to be a rep for LG TVs. I Loved, loved LOVED working with the sales people at Circuit City. They were always so knowledgeable and helpful to customers. They always busted my chops because I didn't know as much as they did sometimes. Sadly, I can't say the same for Best Buys associates.
