| So we got ahold of the CC ad for 1/20 the day before, it showed them having the Nintendo Wii in stock, minimum of 5 per store. Dh calls CC to find out what time they open and if they would have the Wii for sure. The service lady says yes, to come get in line before the store opens at 10am. So we show up at 930am and dh stands in line (5 degrees outside) for half an hour, 4th in line. 10am rolls around and a jerk of employee walks out and says "sorry, we gave the vouchers away at 8am". I sent corporate a nasty email!!! This was not only shady of them to give away the vouchers way before they said they would but to make everyone stand out there waiting when they knew the wii's were gone. |

| I would be pissed also. They should of put up a note saying that they handed out vouchers already. They should not of handed out the vouchers until 9:30 am. They should of made the others suffer if they wanted the Wii that bad. My son and I waited at CC at 5:50 pm on Thanksgiving night to get 2 of the $300 laptops. They didnt give out the vouchers until 4am (they opened at 5am). It wasn't warm either. It got down with the windchill to about 5-10 degrees. Thankfully my son (12) was smart enough to bring a two person tent and he slept for about 4 hours. We also put a heater in there to keep him warm. |

| I don't likr them either. I ordered couple of things on line to pick up in the store, and after waiting on line for almost an hour, they did not have it. And no appologies, no 'i'm sorry', and no gift card(as they promissed on the web). That was the last time I shopped there ![]() ![]() ![]() |

| That's why I always do the bestbuy.com store pick up, you are guaranteed to have your item within 1 minute, 5 minutes for larger items, or you get $10 off. I wasn't even timing them and the guy said sorry that you waited longer than a minute, you get $10 off your purchase. They are super nice. |

| I would be furious. I'd love to know what corporate says. I am not a fan of Best Buy either... |
