Hand painted with images of the Tuscan region that has inspired many of our recipes, this lovely dish is our gift to you with the purchase of three (3) Seeds of Change food products.

How do I get my Tuscan Pottery Serving Dish?

1. Save either three (3) proofs of purchase (UPC symbols) from any SEEDS OF CHANGE® Brand products or an original cash register receipt dated between February 1, 2007 and December 31, 2007 showing the purchase of any three (3) SEEDS OF CHANGE® Brand products (with purchases circled) for each Serving Dish ordered.

2. Include $5.00 for shipping & handling for each Serving Dish ordered.

3. Mail completed Order Form, total number of UPC symbols or cash register receipts, and a check or money order (DO NOT SEND CASH OR STAMPS) for the total amount payable to:
