I noticed in my Big lots ad today that they are going to start selling Nutrisystem nourish. $1 for breakfast $2 for lunch and $2.50 for dinner. Is this a good price and has anyone had any luck with Nutrisystem?

I found the food to be yucky. I got it for free due to a promotional thing thru my job and it's collecting dust. I am on Weight Watchers now and am enjoying their program.

my mom does this every spring, and loses about 30 lbs and gains if back the following winter, can'tdecide if thats good or bad. i have tried some of the food and some was great som was yuck. don't ever trust "diet chocolate cake".

well i guess if you really like MRE's then you'll like those too.

I think that pre-packaged food diets are the devil. As soon as you stop eating thier brand of food and go back to reg food you will gain all the weight back. Come on, you can't live on those for the rest of your life.

For as much money as you'd put into buying thier food system, you are better off saving a bit and going to see a dietician or nutrisinst( sp?) once or twice who can help you come up wth meal plans that work in YOUR life and that are really going to be effective and work

My sisters and brother-in-law have some in their pantry they aren't touching. They tried it for a few days and it was disgusting to them. Now they are on weight watchers a nd loving it (so am I!)
