I recently purchased a memory card for my digital camera from best buy...and i mailed in the rebate form,upc, and rebate receipt...the rebate could not be done online, it had to be mailed. so today in my email i recv'd this email to track my rebate:

it says that the upc was missing and i KNOW for a fact that i put it in w/ the rebate!!!! never had any problems doing any mail in rebates in my whole life until now!!! and i never usually made copies of anything. i guess that i have to start now!!!
so they need a upc or a copy, i guess that i will try calling the store to see if i could get a copy, or buy one..copy it..return it!!!
i am sooooo mad about this, then after mailing in the new upc i will have to wait ANOTHER 4-6 wks!!!!!
but i called the 1888# about the rebate through PNY technologies because i could not go through best buy, i told the man about the email that i recv'd and then after telling him the whole story..he said that he could not hear me because of the phone breaking up!!! so i had to REPEAT everything all over again!!!
