This is funny, got a letter in the mail from Best Buy telling me that they were renewing my Reward card for free because I was on of "their best customers"...I got it for free in the first place! Yay! The also included a coupon for double points on one item & I was planning to get my new laptop there (because of the rewards points). I'm pleased. One can never ask any questions there that one actually needs answered (at least at the store near me), but it's a good place to buy stuff!

well, i think its a lousy store, but anyway - yes 2nd year they comp, 3rd year they seem to want you to pay again..

the best thing to do is try to get a best buy reward zone for business card which has a higher percentage of return and NO annual fee..

I figure I'll take advantage of it while it's free, but then I'll drop it - without it, I can get better deals elsewhere...however it's amounted to a good amount of free movies and music for me this year! Like I said, I can't go into mine expecting anyone to be able to answer ANY questions about ANYTHING, but as long as I know what I'm going to buy before I go in, it doesn't give me a headache! Now your BB? Lord! I wouldn't go anywhere near the place, even for the freebies!
