My dh is going through the 'lets take the family to see the great outdoors' stage. I have looked into renting one for a week and the price would be around $1500. I see that they can be bought on ebay motors for 10-15 thousand.

Anyone out there RV alot? Thoughts on renting, buying, or just making a trip with one? Please speak up! Thanks!!
