Friends,

I am looking for coupons that give you $$ off for transferring your prescription. I've seen a couple of Target coupons out there, but they are all expired.

I'm open to most any store...Walgreen's, Target, Walmart, K-Mart, and Shop-Ko are the big ones where I live. I don't have CVS or Rite Aid.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks for your consideration!!

WOW coupons removed it at the request of Target. They do still have a link to it though, it has been in e-mails that WOW COupons sends out.

A few days ago, sent my hubby to pick up meds and they said it was the last one3 they would accept due to fraud, yadda yadda.

so if expect a gc. ask first. you can also take the coupon to kmart.

I took the Target $20 to CVS, no problems since they take competitors coupons...I know you said you don't have CVS, but maybe others in your area take comp. coups.?

I took mine to Target and got $40 gc from 2 prescriptions. Not bad at all!

I did try to use one of the Target coupons, and I got a friendly lecture on fraud. I guess the deal is that somebody in cyberland made up the coupon and passed it around. So my friendly Target pharmacist went on and on about it before telling me that 'we're supposed to honor it.'

Having another script to fill, I went to Shop-Ko after Target closed, and their pharmacist was wondering if I bought the coupon off eBay. She said they couldn't honor it, but she was pleasant and apologetic about it.

What do you experienced deal hunters do in a case like this? It sounds like many of you would call over the manager, etc. and get the coupon honored. Any tips for getting through situations like this without the production they want to put you through? I think I might have felt differently if they were nasty to me. Thanks!

They HAVE to honor that coupon. We had no idea when it was posted it wasn't real. They ARE honoring it. Just pull a "maryanne" and threaten to use your cell phone to call their boss. You just pull out the cell and very nicely ask for the phone number of their boss. Just nicely say that you just want to clear it up with them
